Metcalfe is pleased to announce the appointment of three experienced professionals, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence across estimating, operations and infrastructure delivery.
Dan Cleminson has joined the business as Senior Estimator, bringing over a decade of experience in estimating across a wide range of construction and civil engineering sectors. Dan began his career in 2015 as a Trainee Estimator and has progressed into a highly respected professional known for leading teams and streamlining estimating processes. His expertise will support the delivery of accurate, competitive bids while improving efficiency and profitability across future projects.
Joining the team as Operations Manager, Richard Harris brings more than 30 years of experience within the Building, Civil Engineering and Construction industry. Richard has successfully delivered projects ranging from major infrastructure works to large-scale construction schemes. Recognised for his ability to align operational delivery with strategic objectives, Richard combines strong technical knowledge with a people-focused leadership style. His passion for safety, quality and accountability will play a key role as Metcalfe continues to enhance operational efficiency.
Metcalfe is also delighted to welcome back Stuart Metcalfe, who returns as Infrastructure Manager. Stuart brings extensive experience across highways and road maintenance projects and has held a range of roles within the CDM framework. His background includes acting as Client for Highways England, Principal Contractor for Kier Highways, and Principal Designer. Currently working in both Principal Contractor and Contractor capacities with Metcalfe, Stuart’s broad perspective enables him to manage projects efficiently while delivering value for all stakeholders.
