Metcalfe is pleased to be delivering facilitation works as part of the M6 Lune Gorge Structures project, a major infrastructure scheme of significant importance to the region’s road network.

Working with Kier, our Civil Engineering team is currently constructing haul roads and site compounds to enable the future bridge deck replacement programme.

With multiple gangs deployed simultaneously, we are working to ensure the facilitation works are completed quickly and efficiently, and in line with the wider construction programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Metcalfe, and we are proud to be playing our part in the delivery of this important piece of local infrastructure.
