A busy start to the year for Plant Hire – with availability now on key machines.

It’s been a strong and steady start to the year for Metcalfe Plant Hire, with our excavators, dump trucks and dozers working hard across a variety of local and regional projects, from infrastructure improvements to site preparation and bulk earthworks.

Our crushing teams have also been making the most of the good weather, keeping aggregates moving and supporting jobs throughout the North.

But with several major hires recently completed, we now have a number of machines available for immediate hire, including several 14-22 tonne 360 excavators. We’re also pleased to welcome back our new Liebherr R924 after its first successful outing on the Carlisle bypass scheme.
